3.1 Lesson-1: Shift Mindset to Transform the System
aviento 13, 2024
We are going through a significant paradigm shift. Due to the degradation of the world, we must consider our individual contributions to the establishment of an Extractive System because it does not guarantee a sustainable future.
We must each examine our own mindsets and replace the mental models that support the Extractive System with those that are in orientation with a Regenerative System in order for us to truly transition to a Regenerative System.
As a result, we will be able to address the underlying problems within ourselves and then develop regenerative remedies externally through our job. If you are a Product Designer, for instance, you will be able to create regenerative experiences and products that help refill and restore people and the environment. You are assisting in a system-wide change in how goods are currently designed by doing the internal job.
