You might feel more assured that you won’t get lost in the confusion that change frequently brings by reading The Process of Transformation, which gives you a general notion of what to anticipate. The process is not linear or fixed, just like the Five Stages of Grief.

1.Recognize:

By recognizing the attitude, you are taking a hard look in the mirror and figuring out how you behave and what you want to change. You will be able to switch from working “blindly” to functioning “consciously” through recognition.

2. Deconstruct:

Deconstructing a mindset entails starting to tear the foundation of the thinking you’re trying to change apart. You will create room via deconstruction to offer fresh perspectives that are in line with a regenerative economy.

3. Explore:

You can embrace new ways of thinking that support a Regenerative Economy by exploring different mindsets. This is also an opportunity to learn about other people’s experiences in order to understand how the Extractive Economy has harmed society and the environment.

4. Embrace/Let Go:

You may cement what performs and feels really good for you and let go of what isn’t performing or feeling positive for you by adopting an embrace and let go approach.
